For Time: 100 Double Unders then,
3 Rounds of 500m Row 10 Chest To Bar Pull Ups then,
100 Double Unders

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (SUN): 5k @ 90% of 5k TT pace

Concept 2 WOD

20 minutes with bursts of 10 strokes every 4 minutes
