My pleas have been answered…a CrossFit magazine for CrossFitters, by CorssFitters – WOD Talk. When the issue hit the box, I was quick to grab it and take it home. Now, I will be a subscriber. It looks like it is going to be very good. I just wish I had gotten in on the KickStarter for this.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

5 Starts 20min Technique Row
2x 500m Row:
1st piece w/ a Start
2nd piece w/ a Sprint

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 8 x 250m, rest 1:00, hold splits within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

500m time trial
Row a 500 meter time trial, going for your personal best. After you’ve rowed, enter your time in the Online Ranking and see where you stand with others of your age, gender and weight class.
