Did I mention that I got a PR on Nancy? Yep, 14:17. Now, to be clear, I have to row 500m instead of running 400m. So, the hardcore purists may argue that it isn’t apples to apples, but I don’t care.

Peak power test then 2k row
For peak power testing, set the timer for :20 work and 2:00 rest. Set the units to Watts and watch for the highest wattage during your work efforts. Repeat 3 or 4 times to find your peak power.

C2 Row (THU): 8 x 20:10, damper setting is athlete’s choice

Concept 2 WOD

3 x 1000m / 2 min easy
Row three 1000 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 1000.
