CrossFit Rowing WOD

15min As Many Meters As Possible
Row for Max Distance
Every 250m you must perform a compounding amount of ground-to-overhead:
After your first 250m row perform 1 GTO (heavy)
After your second 250m row perform 2 GTO
After your third 250m row perform 3 GTO
And so on…

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

3 x 5k @ 90% of 10k TT pace; rest 2:00 between each 5k

Concept 2 WOD

4 x 1000m / 1 min easy
Row four 1000 meter pieces.
Row for one minute at light pressure between each 1000.
