I had a great Father’s Day. I spent the day relaxing with my family. I could go for that kind of day every weekend.

Today’s link is from the Guardian in the UK. Guess what… The US isn’t the only country with an obesity epidemic. The article discusses what in our food is making us fat – it’s not fat. For reference, 1 stone (1st) equals 14 lbs.

C2 Row (TUE): 2 x (750m + 1000m + 1200m)

Concept 2 WOD

4 x 1000m / 2 min easy

Row four 1000 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 1000.
