Today’s link has Carl Paoli showing us how to finish the muscle-up. Yesterday the link showed us how to get started. With these to videos, everyone should have the tools necessary to begin.

In all honesty, I haven’t done a rowing WOD in a few weeks. I am recovering from some overuse type injuries, but feel good now. I still warm-up with a 1-2K row. In the meantime, I have been doing the posted WODs and working on exercises that I suck at doing. I will be jumping back on the erg for a WOD soon.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

5 x1000m with 4 minute rest – race pace

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (THU): 3 x 1500m, rest 2:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

2 x 2000m @ 26 spm plus bursts / 4 min easy

Row two 2000 meter pieces @ 26 spm with 10 strokes hard every 500m. Row for four minutes at light pressure during the rest period.
