It is summer and time to take a long overdue vacation. How do you do this without completely blowing your diet and hard work in the gym. Today’s link has a few good tips for you while you are on that vacation this summer.

My time to update this blog is between 5-6am Central time. CrossFit Rowing is not updating their WODs until about 7am my time which is 5 am their time. I will be posting the most recent WOD and annotating the date for which is was intended.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

6 x 2min w/ 1min Rest (6/12)
2k Race Pace – 28-30 spm. Work on consistency and efficiency.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 3 x (125m + 250m + 500m)
Work and rest ratio is 1:1 for each distance

Concept 2 WOD

4 x 750m / 2 min easy

Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
