I am very surprised that the creationists haven’t latched on to the Paleo diet. In almost every reference to the Paleo diet, you will see the word evolution thrown around freely. The whole point of the Paleo diet is that humans haven’t evolved. We are still the same humans from thousands of years ago. The agricultural revolution happened and human digestion did not respond. To me, it seems obvious, but I haven’t stumbled on anyone making the connection.

Today’s link is to a paper written by a cardiologist, Dr. JH O’Keefe, MD, and co-written by Loren Cordain (of the Paleo diet) and others. The premise is that we a intended to do work followed by rest. Good stuff, read it.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 3 x (125m + 250m + 500m)
Work and rest ratio is 1:1 for each distance

Concept 2 WOD

7 x 1min @ 26 spm / 30 sec easy

Row seven 1 minute pieces at a stroke rate of 26. Row for 30 seconds at light pressure between each piece.
