Today is one of those days where I just don’t have much to say. I will try to write another post today about supplements.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

Not posted again. 3 days in a row.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 3 x (125m + 250m + 500m)
Work and rest ratio is 1:1 for each distance

Concept 2 WOD

3 x 5 min / 2 min easy

Row three 5 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each piece.
