On the internet, you will find lots of information on pre and post-workout nutrition. Today’s link is from Renegade Rowing and they are sharing their nutritional plan for timing when and what to eat. Check it out, try it out, and see if it meets your needs.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

4  rounds:
500m Row
:45 Front Plank, :15 Rest
:45 Side Plank, :15 Rest
:45 Side Plank, :15 Rest

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 5 x 1000m, rest 3:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

3 x 750m / 1 min easy

Row three 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
