So today’s link is another example of what Paleo has done for people with health issues. Suzanne was a card-carrying member of PETA who made the brave change to meat because she was tired of the medications and health issues that were likely caused by her diet. Read it. It is the same predictable story that Robb Wolf will tell you; bad food choices end up causing problems over the long-term and Paleo stops the problems and lets the healing begin.

5x800m Row w/ 2min Rest

1st @23 strokes per min
2nd @25 spm
3rd @27 spm
4th @29 spm
5th @31 spm

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 5 x 1000m, rest 3:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

5000m with rate changes every 1000m: 22-26-22-26-22

Row for a total of 5000 meters at a sustainable intensity, varying your stroke rate as follows:
row 1000 meters @ 22 spm,
1000 meters @ 26 spm,
1000 meters @ 22 spm,
1000 meters @ 26 spm,
and 1000 meters @ 22 spm.
