CrossFit Rowing WOD

4 Rounds For Time (25min Cap)
250m Row
5 Squat Clean Thrusters 95/65
10 Burpees
2min Rest

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (SUN): 20 minutes @ 85% effort

Concept 2 WOD

6 x 2 min / 1 min easy

Row six 2 minute pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
