Today’s link is what Paleo is all about, reversing damage done to your body by changing your eating. If you have a tough medical issue, why not try Paleo to see if it works? Robb Wolf says, and I paraphrase, “try vegetarian, try American Heart Association diet, try Paleo. Do the blood work before and after. If one of them works, great.” My money is on Paleo. I have reversed a medical condition that I may describe in a future post. In truth, I am not 100% strict, but I get pretty close. If you are unwilling to give up waffles and cereal for 30 days to see if it improves your health, that is on you. My experience is telling me that the “conventional wisdom” of the food pyramid is WRONG.

C2 Row (THU): 3 x 1000m, rest 1:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

3 x 750m / 2 min easy

Row three 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
