Had a great rest day and taking a personal day off at work to day to spend with the kids (school is closed for water line repairs). We should be rocking the noon session today. See you then.

“Farm Erg”

5 Rounds For Time
1k Row
100m Farmer’s Carry w/ Erg

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

Row (TUE): 3 x 1500m, rest 5:00, hold all 1500m splits within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

6 x 500m / 2 min easy

Row six 500 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 500.
