Today’s link is from Doug’s blog. The question is about your goals, what are they? I used to set quarterly goals as far as weights on Olympic lifts, but I have slacked off. I have a couple of goals right now, but not as many as I used to have. I think it is time to up my game. As soon as you identify some goals, take the additional step of writing them down. It will help with your accountability.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

4 rounds for time
1000 meter row
20 push-ups

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 10 x 150m, rest 0:45, hold splits within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

5 x 4 min / 1 min easy

Row five 4 minute pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
