Today is the first day of the Concept 2 rowing year. Last year, I didn’t log my meters rowed between June and December and I finished with about 372,000 meters. I will be better about logging this year.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

8 x 500m w/ 2min Rest
1st/2nd – Like start of 2k
3rd/4th – Like 2nd 500 of 2k
5th/6th – Like 3rd 500 of 2k
7th/8th – Like finish of 2k

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 10 x 150m, rest 0:45, hold splits within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

6 x 500m / 1 min easy

Row six 500 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 500.
