I’ve got a lot to say lately, but haven’t found my voice yet. It might have something to do with the time of day that I update the blog. I’ll work on it.

CrossFit Rowing WOD

5 x 800m Row w/ 2min Rest

1st @24 SR
2nd @26 SR
3rd @28 SR
4th @30 SR
5th @32 SR

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sun

C2 Row (TUE): 4 x 500m, rest 90 seconds, hold splits within 2-3 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

4 x 750m / 2 min easy

Row four 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
