Today’s CrossFit Rowing WOD is three rounds of the CrossFit benchmark test. I plan to try for a 1:45 pace across the three rounds. I should easily get a PR on the first round even if pacing for three.

500m Row
40 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups

March 15th – April 15th – Team challenge for cumulative meters.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sat

C2 Row (TUE): 3 x (250m + 500m + 750m)

Concept 2 WOD

2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min pyramid / 2 min easy

Pre-set the monitor for 22 minutes. Row five intervals in a pyramid of 2-3-4-3-2 minutes, with two minutes of rest in between each piece.
