I did my second ever 5K yesterday, 19:05.0. Previous best was 20:25. I am pleased with that time, but my goal was somewhere in the 18:45 range. I am also 10 days in to a Paleo diet, so that may have affected me slightly. 5Ks for me are a mental workout.

C2 Row (TUE): 3 x (250m + 500m + 750m)

Concept 2 WOD

3 x 750m / 1 min easy

Row three 750 meter pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each 750.
