I don’t like to copy large amounts of text from other blogs. I prefer for others to read the whole thing in the context it was intended. Today, I am making an exception. I know there are many out there that this quote from the CrossFit Rowing Facebook page.

Have you ever seen a WOD posted in your gym like 5-5-5-5-5 Back Squat and that’s it?  Did you think that would be a good day to take off because there’s not much to it and you’d rather go to a session with more stuff?  Well snap out of it and hit that WOD hard next time.  CrossFit works because of High Intensity and you’re ability to push your boundaries a little further everyday.  If you never test your limits you’ll never know what you’ve got.

Max Pressure

2 x 1k w/ 5:00 Rest

2 x 500m w/ 3:00 Rest

2 x 250m w/ 1:30 Rest

World Erg Challenge – Still going….

March 15th – April 15th – Team challenge for cumulative meters.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sat

C2 Row (THU): 3 x 1000m, rest 2:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

6 x 2 min / 1 min easy

Row six 2 minute pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.
