Wow! I really enjoyed yesterday’s rest. Knee is less painful today. I am ready to roll unless my social calendar prevents me from going by the box after work.

I plan to hit Wednesday’s CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD along with Wednesday’s CrossFit Rowing WOD.

March 15th – April 15th – Team challenge for cumulative meters.

CrossFit Endurance – Tues/Thurs/Sat

C2 Row (THU): 3 x 1000m, rest 2:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds

Concept 2 WOD

3 x 750m / 2 min easy

Row three 750 meter pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each 750.
