10 x 30 seconds max effort, rest 2:00 between each rep, damper setting is athlete’s choice

At Speed: Come into each rep at full speed to maximize 30 seconds. For example, start rowing 10-15 seconds “build up” to begin sprint at speed.

Concept2 – Short WOD

3 x 3 min / 2 min easy

Row three 3 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each piece.
