85,000+ meters logged so far. We’re in 10th place, but I think we can climb up to 7th (10,000 meter difference) by rowing a little extra each time.

CrossFit Endurance

 4 x 500m, work:rest 1:1, hold all splits within 2-3 seconds

Concept2 – Short WOD

5 x 4 min / 1 min easy

Row five 4 minute pieces. Row for one minute at light pressure between each piece.

    I wonder if that would be the same if one drinks Almond milk? I know I need something to help with muscle recovery after a strenuous workout, but I don’t want to drink the calorie laden protein drinks any drinks.
