<p style="padding-left:30px;">The next challenge is called March Madness and it is an individual challenge. You row 5000 or 10000 meters per day for 25 of the 31 days in March. So, 125,000 for the 5000 meter group or 250,000 for the 10k folks.</p>
<p style="padding-left:30px;">This will be a tough one, especially for those participating in the CrossFit Games. It only allows 6 rest days for the month.</p>
<p><strong>Concept2 SkiErg Challenge</strong> (Rowers can&#8217;t participate, but we can row along with them)</p>
<p style="padding-left:30px;">Week 4, Feb. 22–29: 10,000 meters</p>

<p style="padding-left:30px;">Work:Rest of 1:1. Rest exactly as long as it takes to perform a given distance in a set. For example, run 200m in 35 seconds, rest 35 seconds, run 400m in 1:15, rest 1:15, etc.</p>

<p style="padding-left:30px;">Week 2, Feb. 8–14: 500 meters</p>
<p><strong>CrossFit Endurance &#8211; Long Intervals</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left:30px;">2 x 500m with 1:00 rest between then row 2 x 1000 with 3:00 rest between, deviate no more than 2-3 seconds on 500m and 3-5 seconds on 1000m</p>
<p><strong>Concept2 &#8211; Short WOD</strong></p>

<p style="padding-left:30px;">20 rounds of 20 sec / 40 sec easy</p>
<p style="padding-left:30px;">Row twenty 20 second all-out bursts with 40 seconds of light rowing in between. If you have a lot of rowing experience, you may want to row these pieces at a slightly higher damper setting to add more of a strength-building component to the workout.</p>
