6 rounds of 500m, rest 2:00 after each round, deviate no more than 2-3 seconds per round

Concept2 Valentines Day Challenge

Begins February 9th. Row 14K meters Feb. 9th-14th.

Concept2 SkiErg Challenge (Rowers can’t participate, but we can row along with them)

Feb 1-7 – Row 5000 meters in one round during week 1.

Concept2 – Short WOD

5000m with rate changes every 1000m: 26-24-22-24-26

Row for a total of 5000 meters at a sustainable intensity, varying your stroke rate as follows: row 1000 meters @ 26 spm, 1000 meters @ 24 spm, 1000 meters @ 22 spm, 1000 meters @ 24 spm, and 1000 meters @ 26 spm.
